2018 Spring Rosé
Varietal : Sangiovese
Fermentation method : 100% stainless steel
Alcohol : 11.2%

Spring is unpredictable. You may get sunshine one day and rain another. The SMAK Spring Rosé encompasses these qualities, and you’ll be reminded of whichever spring mood you’re in. The spring rosé bouquet blooms like the spring flower - lemon blossoms and coconut in the beginning, then evolves into lemon meringue, lilac and lavender . The minerality reminds me of spring rain with a touch of flint and limestone. On the palette, the acid lifts and wakes you up while stone fruit notes appear. Among the apricot and peach, one may also find lime, dried coconut and wildflower honey.
Pairs well with fresh oysters, sushi, and fried chicken.

2018 Summer Rosé
Varietal : Pinot Gris
Fermentation method : 100% stainless steel
Alcohol : 13.2%

In France, Beach and Rosé goes hand in hand. The SMAK Summer Rosé is certain to remind you of that. The Summer Rosé opens with an intense bouquet of floral and peach aromas, reminiscent of a peach candy. The first sip reminds me of having an orange creamsicle on a hot summer day. Nectarine, melon and peach are balanced by stone and mineral undertone. Notes of pea shoot and melon round out this beautiful summer wine.
Pairs well with spicy foods, Asian cuisine and tacos

2018 Fall/ Winter Rosé
Varietal : Syrah, Counoise, Mourvèdre
Fermentation method : 100% neutral French oak
Alcohol : 11.7%

Winter can sometimes be dark and depressing. Some days you just want to snuggle up with a blanket in front of a TV. The SMAK Fall/ Winter Rosé is so perfect for that. This is a great transition from summer, with inviting notes of orange blossom and grilled peaches. The 100% barrel fermentation affords subtle hints of nuttiness and baking spice, giving the wine more depth. Notes of basil, mint, and brass envelope the bouquet while coconut and pear linger on the finish. This wine gives you warmth and hugs you like a cashmere sweater.
Pairs well with a wide array of pastas and comfort foods.
